Q. How big is your van?
A. The load area of the van measures: length 10ft 8in (325cm); width 5ft 8in (172cm); height 6ft 1in (185cm). Please note, all of these dimensions are maximum.

Q. Can I travel in the van?
A. The van has two passenger seats. You are more than welcome to travel in the van free of charge.

Q. Can I smoke in the van?
A. Sorry, our van is a no smoking zone!

Q. Is your van reliable and clean?
A. Our van is a Mercedes Sprinter CD311. It is maintained by Mercedes-Benz in Coventry and cleaned and washed by yours truly!

Q. Can you do a move at very short notice?
A. We often can. We regularly receive enquiries from people who have been let down at the last minute, or need to move virtually straight away. We will always do whatever we can to help.

Q. Do you offer special rates to students or OAP’s?
A. No. We provide all of our customers with an excellent service at a fair price.

Our pricing structure

  1. We have a minimum charge of £25.00.
  2. We don’t charge by the hour. We prefer to quote a fixed price.Therefore, the price we quote is the price we charge.
  3. Our prices are ‘inclusive’. We have no hidden extras.
  4. We do not charge VAT.
  5. We do not charge extra for working in the evening, at the weekend or on bank holidays. Our rates are the same 24/7.
